By engaging Rows Films for video marketing production services, the client agrees to these terms of use. These terms constitute a legal agreement between Rows Films and the client.

It is the responsibility of the Client to have these general terms of sale translated if they are not in their usual language.

The Client retains responsibility for the progress of the service.

The Client commits to preparing the audiovisual production of Rows Films in mutual interest. For this, the client must provide:

• A secure room with access to an electrical outlet, exclusively for Rows Films, to store the audiovisual equipment.
• A parking space for the loading and unloading of equipment.

Raw video files are the property of Rows Films and cannot be delivered without editing/grading.

If it is impossible to shoot the planned number of videos, Rows Films cannot be held responsible (except in case of technical issues with the equipment provided by Rows Films).

The client authorizes Rows Films to place its logo at the end of the video, to communicate about the project as its director, and to introduce itself as the client's service provider.

The client agrees not to make any changes to the final deliverable without requesting written consent from Rows Films.

The final quality of the video depends on the quality of the shooting orchestrated by the client.

This paragraph is an integral part of the contract. If any of the points above cannot be honored, please inform us as soon as possible to find solutions. The goal is to ensure optimal comfort, which will reflect on the final quality of the service.

At Rows Films, we pride ourselves on delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs. The duration allocated for filming is determined by the chosen service package:

• Socials Package (1mo): This package includes a maximum shooting time of 4 hours.
• Starter Package: This package includes a maximum shooting time of 4 hours.
• Cinematic Package: This package includes a maximum shooting time of 6 hours.
• Elite Package:  This package includes a maximum shooting time of 8 hours.
• Custom Package : The maximum shooting time will be precised in the contract.

Please note that the actual shooting duration can be shorter if all necessary scenes are captured before the maximum time allocation is reached. Our primary goal is to ensure high-quality production, and once we've achieved the desired output, there might be no need to utilize the full allocated time. As such, sessions can conclude early if everything has been shot and there remains nothing further to film.

At Rows Films, the ambiance and setting of our shoots are integral to crafting the perfect narrative. To maintain the quality and integrity of our work, all our service packages are designed with the following location considerations:

Single Location Principle: Whether you're working with the Starter, Cinematic, or Elite Package, each shoot will be conducted at one designated location of your choice. This ensures consistency in the visual narrative and streamlines the production process. More location options can be discussed before the shoot.

We appreciate our clients' understanding and cooperation in these matters, ensuring that every shoot is executed to the highest standards of excellence.

The video is considered validated by the client if no feedback is received within 15 days following the delivery of the final product. After this period, no further modifications will be made and the project will be marked as completed.

Rows Films reserves the right to use the video content created for the client for promotional and portfolio purposes on its website www.rowsfilms.com, as well as for other company communication materials.

The client is entitled to 2 image and sound editing modifications per video. Any additional modification requests may be subject to an additional cost. The client is entitled to 2 image and sound editing modifications per video. The client has 7 days to acknowledge receipt and provide feedback on the video, whether to approve the final product or to request revisions.. After 7 days without any news, the project will be marked as completed and no further modification will be accepted.

If the client wishes to change shots, a new shooting slot will be required. This additional service will be billed based on the duration and complexity of the shoot.

A new estimate will be provided for these extras, and the new shots will only be taken once this estimate is signed. Furthermore, a deposit of 25% of these extra costs will be required to be paid in advance.

Photographs and videos may be freely used by the author, on all media, to promote their professional activity, provided that the rights of the people and properties photographed are respected. This is unless there is a specific request from the Client, expressed in writing (email or letter with acknowledgment of receipt) before the signing of the estimate/confirmation of the order.

Clients agree that their image can be used on all promotional media of the photographer, such as websites, social networks, promotional brochures, press articles, etc. The image rights are granted for a period of 15 years, renewable by tacit agreement. The distribution of the images remains strictly anonymous.

The Client can freely object to the transfer of image rights. However, they must absolutely mention it in writing (email, letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or note on the estimate) before the signing of the estimate/confirmation of the order.

Rows Films will retain the rushes until you validate the video or for a period of 20 days from the date of the invoice being sent if no feedback is received. Same if the video is validated by the client. After this period, the rushes will be deleted from our database in order to maintain an optimal workspace.

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and are displayed inclusive of all taxes.

A deposit of 25% will be required to confirm an order. This can be paid by bank transfer, check, or cash. The balance will be paid by the client 30 days after the shooting.

Any charges related to payments made in a foreign currency are the sole responsibility of the Client.

The client warrants that they have all rights and permissions necessary to use any material provided to Rows Films for video production purposes. Rows Films will not be held responsible for copyright or intellectual property infringements resulting from the use of material provided by the client.

Rows Films shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the services provided.

Rows Films reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will become effective upon their posting on the website www.rowsfilms.com.
